Or dare us
The dares
Our launch film ended on a dare: bring us the project nobody has started. These are the dares so far, and how far each one has got.
| Dare | Set by | Where it stands | Opened |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dare 1: The Municipath Dare A platform for a whole interstate corridor, from a blank page to traced requirements and a working proof of concept. | StellarView, at its own launch | Answered, 6 of 7 steps Open: Step 6, built by the AI and running in the cloud | 2026-10-25 |
| Dare 2: Bring your biggest idea The biggest idea you know would help people, one you could sell in your own circle. You do not have to build it. | Joey | Open | 2026-10-29 |
The seven steps
Every dare is held to the seven steps the first one set. A dare that has not met a step says which one.
- Take a real challenge.
- Work it into requirements, each traced to the rule it comes from, with its domain terms.
- Build a proof of concept that runs on real screens.
- Show how the AI maps every requirement to its tests.
- Bake every item into the traceability, so most of the people in the SDLC can take part.
- Have the AI build it, stand it up running in the cloud, and demo what it built.
- Show every part of it, in full, from the first screen to the last.
Sponsors
A sponsor sets a dare and does not have to build it. A sponsor’s dare appears here once there is a written agreement, and the sponsor does not endorse the result.
