Our alpha film ended on a dare. Twenty-four minutes after it went up, StellarView walked one it had already answered: Interstate 4, worked into traced requirements and a working proof of concept in the day and a half before. A seven-minute film, and the full walk past forty-two.
StellarView is in alpha. It builds a company's cloud, pipeline, board, tests, documentation and training films, then runs them. Here is an eleven minute film it made of itself, every line landing on a real screen, what is checkable in it, and what is still rough.
Part three. We did not invent a new SDLC for agents. We put them into the Scrum most teams run, and kept the record: 311 build sessions, $3,268 at list price, 1,470 test runs judged on evidence, and the three things the record caught us getting wrong.
A demo is a foal. It cost nothing and it cannot finish a race. We are a very small shop that breeds the whole horse: data model, application, billing, infrastructure, the console you watch it from, and the support that runs after we leave. Here is the stable, and here is what is still dashed.
Our AI agents sit in the sprint's meetings, and any claim that does not cite a fact from the frozen snapshot is struck before it is said. Nineteen minutes of the whole lifecycle on real screens, a real refinement that cost $1.34 and fell short of its own pre-read, and what does not work yet.
Madstone sent two documents. Two days later there was a running service in the cloud, ten stacked pull requests, a thirty-five page wiki, their own keys wired in, and a twenty-six minute film of every step. How a crew of agents and people does it, what it cost, and what still does not work.
Seven units go out under one authorization. Two Commanders walk the console while it happens, and one of them asks a question that catches the tracker in a lie: a hundred and six stories still say To Do for work that merged eighteen days ago.
Day two for the new Commander. Sue brings the board she built overnight, the Commanders report from the field, the support desk goes live, marketing drops in with the real funnel, and every new epic gets an owner out loud. Every screen is the running product.
A new Commander joins the JOEY Mob after lunch. Sue calls the standup to order from the centre of the rings, four Commanders check in, and the meeting ends as a film with a model underneath it. Every screen in it is the real product.
Monaco's John Tracy built a manager agent that spins off intern agents, each with seeded, production-like data. He is right. Here is how we fly it: parallel where parallel makes us accurate, single-agent and sequential where correctness is the whole job.
